HD Contractss represent the actual support contracts binding Customerss and the helpdesk-providing entity, supposedly the site owner.
Contracts can be
limited by time spent
limited by duration (yearly, for instance)
limited by number of tickets
HD Techss can define whethere contracts can be suspended/reactivated by their owning Customers.
All HD Ticketss and HD Ticket Followupss can be charged to only one contract each. However, they can also not be charged, in which case they are subject to an ATTENDANT binding them to a contract prior to being considered active.
