Issues for img_relocator module

v1.2: filter has limitations when used along with codefilter: inserting a line containing <img src=“something” /> within a <code> block doesn't work: apparently both filters process it, and the result is incorrect
v1.1 incorrectly lowercases the path instead of just lowercasing the src attribute name
- fixed in v1.2
