===== HD Contracts ===== [[Contract]]s represent the actual support contracts binding [[CUSTOMER]]s and the helpdesk-providing entity, supposedly the site owner. Contracts can be * limited by time spent * limited by duration (yearly, for instance) * limited by number of tickets [[TECH]]s can define whethere contracts can be suspended/reactivated by their owning [[CUSTOMER]]. All [[TICKET]]s and [[FOLLOWUP]]s can be charged to only one contract each. However, they can also not be charged, in which case they are subject to an [[ATTENDANT]] binding them to a contract prior to being considered active.
